I am new to playing poker online and was wondering what notes people keep on the other players at the table. Any comments, suggestions, or systems would be appreciated.
I play at the smaller sites so that I can get a feel for the players. I usually see the same ones. Every time I join a table I right click the players and label them all as fishes. As I play and as people get dropped I make notes. As tables collapse or when I go bust I make sure to stay at the table long enough to make the proper corrections to my notes. There are usually the same 500 - 1000 tourney players and after about 50 different tourneys I have labeled most of the players from "Sharks" to "Check betters" "Bluffers" so on and so forth.
